p-consulting.gr, hosts with pleasure the partners of Dropping the Baggage – Investing in the future, in Patras!
Since the beginning of the project, in 2020, until today, due to the covid-19 restrictions, the project’s partners managed to meet just today, for the first time, in person!
The seven (7) partners / institutions from Finland, Greece, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and England are now, in Patras for a three-day meeting, for the Dropping the Baggage – Investing in the future project. The meeting will end up, on the 1st of April.
The project, Dropping the Baggage – Investing in the future, aims to:
- Develop innovative tools that will help teachers encourage students to tackle dropping the baggage, take ownership of their learning and develop hidden strengths,
- Change the approach of learning to a more holistic approach and
- Change the existing mindsets, ways of educating and teaching.
During this three-day meeting, 30/03/2022 – 01/04/2022, the 17 representatives will discuss the implementation of the project, as well as its objectives and timetable.
Today, 30/03/202, partners discussed the change of the existing exclusive attitudes for inclusion and empowerment. And the next issue, to be discussed, was “There is no ‘I’ in the ‘we’ approach.”
Tomorrow, on 31/03/2022, p-consulting.gr, has prepared a special surprise activity for the project partners. Through this activity, they will get to know a little more about the city customs combined with the deliverable of the project. The representatives will be divided into four groups and will carry out a special hidden treasure game, aiming at the S.C.R.E.A.M method! Finally, they will discuss about student’s empowerment through coaching and mentoring.
On 01/04/2022, the meeting will end up, after partners discussing the S.C.R.E.A.M. method and the next steps of the project’s implementation!
