On 22 and 23 October 2025, p-consulting.gr joined the EfVET Annual Conference in Fátima, Portugal, for two full days of building new networks, acquiring new knowledge and sharing our work. The theme this year, “Well-Being in a Digitalised World: Crafting the Future of VET 2035,” set a clear goal: design digital learning that protects people. For p-consulting, this is core business as it links our daily work with VET providers and SMEs to Europe’s bigger agenda.
On Wednesday 22 October, our representative, Alfredo Garmendia, the Director of our International Department, focused on attending talks and targeted conversations. Sessions looked at how VET can balance rapid digital change with learner and staff well-being. Speakers stressed three things we also see in participating in EU funded projects: clear rules for AI use, support for teachers under pressure, and fair access to tools for all learners. These points match p-consulting’s approach to micro-learning, ethical AI, and evidence-based decisions.
On Thursday 23 October, together with long-time partners, we hosted four roundtables on some of our joint projects: EU-ALMPO, MICROIDEA, EmpowerAI, and VR Care. In each session, our goal was to engage people in meaningful conversation while also presenting the projects’ work. All four sessions saw full tables which led to successful outcomes. We were able to bring our projects’ deliverables to the spotlight and share them with VET providers, policy makers and people whose interests lie in providing quality education and life-long learning to adults.
These roundtables were the essence of the entire conference as they allowed us to make meaningful connections with potential new collaborators as well as let our projects speak for themselves through the quality of their deliverables. Furthermore, as part of these sessions, we also had the chance to spread the word on other projects which are currently in the process of implementation and have Vocational Education and Training at their core.
This year’s participation of p-consulting.gr at the EfVET conference is deemed as an enormous success. Not only did our already experienced representative gain valuable knowledge, but also, we left Portugal with commitments, not just contacts. This, for our company, means strengthening sustainability after projects end and raises the impact bar for 2026. It also aligns with this year’s conference moto that well-being must sit alongside skills and innovation in VET policy.
EfVET 2025 was more than a meeting. It was a lever. It helped us refine deliverables, scale partnerships, and plan measurable outcomes for 2026. The rule we take forward is simple: design for well-being first—then everything else works better.
A warm thank-you to our EfVET hosts for another well-planned and efficient conference. We look forward to seeing everyone again next year.
