Our Digequal project recently held a successful multiplier event in Patras, Greece focused on disseminating results and demonstrating new digital education tools. The event, held on January 19th, 2024, was titled “Digital Education for Adults and Adult Educators in e-government access through context based gamified scenarios | Active Citizens of the 21st century: The digital journey of the Digequal project” and brought together participants and representatives from various entities.
Throughout the event, presentations and hands-on demonstrations introduced participants to the innovative digital education methodologies developed by Digequal. These tools leverage gamification and real-world scenarios to build digital skills for interacting with e-government services and being active, empowered citizens. Feedback from attendees was overwhelmingly positive, indicating the tools and approaches have great potential. By equipping citizens with 21st century digital capabilities, the Digequal project is paving the way for more inclusive and effective e-government across Europe, and events like this multiplier, are key for disseminating these impactful resources and inspiring further adoption.
