In the past few years, distance learning education has implemented a transformative force in the realm of education. It broke barriers and provided access to knowledge for learners worldwide. Among the beneficiaries of digital educational revolution are individuals with mobility issues, whose access to traditional educational settings may be hindered by physical constraints.
Distance learning provides disabled learners with flexibility and accessibility. Through online platforms, courses and resources, individuals can engage in learning from the comfort of their own homes, overcoming geographical and physical limitations. Nowadays participating in virtual classrooms or collaborating with peers, distance learning empowers learners to pursue their educational goals on their own terms.
Reimagine Distance Learning our Erasmus + project came to the right time in order to empower students and educators to overcome all obstacles and open doors to a wide range of educational opportunities. The online toolkit that we present in the projects’ web app platform and the online course for teachers make new technology tools easily adaptive and accessible and ensure that the educational journey will be successful.
