How can artificial intelligence help create more opportunities for people with intellectual disabilities? And how can trainers and vocational education and training providers make use of good practices from across Europe?
The Best Practices Handbook, one of the first key results of the European project EN-AI-BLE, in which p-consulting participates, addresses these questions.
The Handbook brings together successful examples of inclusive vocational education and training, digital inclusion and labour market integration. It presents good practices and innovative approaches that can be used by trainers, VET providers, policymakers and organisations supporting people with intellectual disabilities. In this way, it contributes to the wider dissemination of effective training models across Europe.
The aim of the Handbook is not only to present successful examples, but also to offer practical guidance on the use of training methods that integrate artificial intelligence, improve accessibility and respond to the real needs of the labour market.
At the same time, the material will support knowledge-sharing workshops and the development of the project’s next results, including the learning platform and the micro-credential framework.
p-consulting actively contributes to the implementation of EN-AI-BLE and supports the dissemination of its results, helping promote more accessible, modern and inclusive vocational education and training.
The Best Practices Handbook is available free of charge and can be used as a practical resource by trainers, VET providers, organisations and other stakeholders interested in inclusive vocational education and training.
