Survey on gender bias in the labour market.
Gender equality is an issue of major concern to professionals involved in recruitment processes in companies, but also to jobseekers themselves.
In recent years, considerable efforts have been made at political and legal level to ensure equal access to work for women and men, without gender-based restrictions.
This is also the direction of the European project “O’Bias Your Future“, which aims to contribute to gender equality in employment by combating gender bias in the labour market, promoting gender equality at work and tackling inequalities in terms of career and personal development in all sectors of the labour market regardless of gender.
The project is implemented by specialised institutions and companies, universities, colleges and educational organisations from Portugal, Spain, Poland, Cyprus, Cyprus, Greece and Germany.
What our research is about.
p-consulting.gr, implements primary research to record data on gender equality in the labour market.
The survey is addressed to:
- Job seekers
- HR professionals / professionals who are involved in recruitment processes
All the information and data collected will be used to create a self-assessment tool (on gender bias in the labour market) and an online lab with data, information and tools that can be used to reduce gender bias.
The survey is open, public and those interested can participate by filling in the online questionnaire until Friday 29.10.2021.
