The project

GUIDE project began its journey just last November and focuses on helping career counselors to move away from biases based on traditional roles which can limit choices to ensure that equal opportunities are offered to all genders without taping the human talent and resources. The project will end in October 2025.

The meeting

The scheduled meeting of the partners, in Denmark, was very constructive and was carried out successfully. The partners manage to get to know each other and set their steps for its implementation. On the first day of the meeting, the partners presented their organizations, as well as how they all perceive professional guidance and what each organization does.

The partnership had the opportunity to meet a member from the National Agency of Denmark, Jonas Bæk, who presented and clarified various issues around monitoring and Erasmus+ projects (KA2). In addition, the partners had a tour to SOSU, where they had the opportunity to visit most of the campus. After the tour, the representatives of SOSU presented the content of the project, what should be produced through it and the role of each partner – organization.
