p-consulting’s participation in the International online event.
p-consulting participated in the international online event “Human Resource Management challenges in SMEs”, in the framework of the RE-CREW project.
During the international online event partners of the project and also representatives of organisations participated. The international online event was attended online by 128 people from over 17 countries, but there were also several live participants. The participation in the online event was free of charge.
The International online event.
On Thursday 18.05.2023, the international online event was held on ” Human Resource Management challenges in SMEs”. In the framework of the RE-CREW project, the partnership organised a webinar session in which presenters focused on opportunities and obstacles SMEs face due to current demographic, social, and economic circumstances.
The discussion will primarily focus on the following:
- innovative methods used in human resources management,
- remote work best practices,
- and particular emphasis will be given to recruitment strategies.
