IntGen is a three-year European project (Erasmus+), commencing in September 2014. The main target of INTGEN is to foster the entrepreneurial mindset across all generations and skill set, through life-long learning and mentoring in an intergeneration context, from active or retired entrepreneurs. As a result, the project aims to transfer knowledge, through an e-learning platform, which will be created.
During the implementation of INTGEN, it will be developed a “Training Mentors” course and a “Mentoring Entrepreneurs” pilot, which will run for six months.
Also created will be an e-learning course, aimed to entrepreneurs and creating the mindset, covering business start-up as well as creating a business plan.
The project’s partners are universities, colleges, consulting companies and life-long learning organizations. Partners come from the UK, Spain, Greece, Finland and Belgium.
