Inter Generational Mentoring
INTGEN is a three-year European program under Erasmus +, the implementation of which started in September 2014.
The aim of the Project is to strengthen the business culture and to develop / improve the entrepreneurial skills and abilities of young people, through lifelong learning and mentoring activities by active entrepreneurs or entrepreneurs who have retired. The Project, therefore, aims to transfer know-how from generation to generation, utilizing lifelong learning tools and a special e-learning platform to be created for the needs of the program.
For the implementation of the Project, an innovative curriculum for the training of mentors will be developed and a pilot mentoring program for young potential entrepreneurs, with a total duration of 6 months.
At the same time, a curriculum will be created through an e-learning platform, which will be aimed at young potential entrepreneurs and will aim to develop a business culture, covering the creation of start-up businesses and writing business plans.
The project involves universities, colleges, consulting firms and lifelong learning institutions. The project partners come from the United Kingdom, Spain, Greece, Finland and Belgium
