A short time ago, the research conducted simultaneously in the four partner countries of the QUAHVET project, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Greece, was completed. The research concerned the information gap regarding the opportunities provided by Higher Vocational Education and Training (HVET), the acquisition of qualifications, professional rehabilitation, and career prospects.
A questionnaire was created by experts and addressed to secondary education students and teachers, career counselors, and parents to understand the lack of information among the countries and target groups. The responses we received totaled 1,536 and were particularly enlightening regarding the information gaps.
Our goal is to bridge this gap and, through the QUAHVET program and the dissemination of its results as well as the completion of its deliverables, to eliminate the distance so that all stakeholders have the opportunity to choose and decide with the necessary information at their disposal.
