The Kick-off meeting for European Project D-Care was carried out on 5 & 6 November 2019, in Perugia, Italy. D-Care is one of the new European Erasmus + KA2 Projects, aimed at the training of caregivers for people with dementia, in order to acquire the required skills.
The meeting began with the presentation of the project, its objectives and the expected results.
In addition, the partners discussed the difficulties which caregivers are facing in each country and the development of the online platform for their training, which is the main objective of the Project.
Finally, timetables were established for the next actions and for the upcoming meeting that will take place on 2 & 3 April in Aarhus, Denmark.
Project partners are AUSER Insieme Regionale Umbria and ASSOCIAZIONE OMNIS from Italy, CEBANC and Errotu from Spain, EfVET from Belgium, KOISPE FAROS and p–consulting.gr from Greece, Age UK from United Kingdom and SOSU Ostjylland from Denmark.
