RE-CREW project started in September 2022 and will end in August 2024. The project has been created to actively and effectively help SMEs to respond to the new challenges of the labour market and to help them hire, recruit, and attract the right employees for the success of their business.
The Learning, Teaching and Training Activity
The Learning, Teaching and Training Activity took place last week, 14.11 – 16.11. 2023, in Piran, Slovenia. The Learning, Teaching and Training Activity was attended by representatives of the partnership partners.
During the Learning, Teaching and Training Activity the following workshops were held:
- “Setting up the recruitment process” by EXEO Lab.
- “Health and well-being in the workplace” by ISSBS.
- “Corporate Social Responsibility” by p-consulting.gr.
- “Creating company DNA” by We Are Entrepreneurs.
The workshops were interactive and captivated the attendees. See some highlights!
In addition, on 15.11.2023, we visited the city of Koper and the M-Aleja Institute of Education and Research. The study visit was coordinated by Dr. Alenka Malej, who prepared the lecture on the importance of digital knowledge in business, especially in SMEs. She stressed that it is important for children to start learning technology from an early age and through collaboration they can become more creative and innovative. Also, the participants did a small exercise and tried to learn how the powerfοοl tool is the LEGO training program.

The Learning, Teaching and Training Activity ended on 16.11.2023 after the presentation of the first drafts of the platform and the Self-Assessment Tool. The partners exchanged views, set their next goals and next steps. The tools are being developed at a fast pace!
