p-consulting.gr is one of the seven partners of the EU Leaders project. The aim of the project to foster the competitiveness and productivity of businesses and organizations, through the development of strategic e-leadership skills necessary to manage their e-teams effectively and efficiently within virtual working environments, as well as our mission to meet the requirements of e-leadership using digital tools and e-leadership skills, has been achieved.
The project partnership developed the following multilingual and free of charge tools, for the new generation of leaders, e-leaders
- Guidebook of inclusion of best practices on suitable digital working environments.
- e-Leadership Model adopted within tech-based and non-tech-based organisations.
- e-Leaders High-tech Course.
- e-learning platform for Leaders.
- Certification framework for the e-leadership skills.

The Transnational Project Meeting in the Netherlands.
The partnership of EU Leaders project were met in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, 01.11.2023 – 02. 11.2023, for the last face-to-face meeting of the project. The partners discussed about the whole progress of the project and set the next goals for the project’s promotion and dissemination.
The partners’ meeting included presentations of the project deliverables, its milestone moments of the project, and information about its promotion and quality. It is worth noting that the project’s promotion objectives were achieved and that the weaknesses and threats identified during the first 12 months of implementation were successfully addressed.
