Harassment of any kind is unaccepted at the workplace.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\/\">p-consulting.gr<\/a> commits on maintaining a workspace, free of discrimination, bullying, or any kind of harassment.<\/p>\n<p>All employees must make sure that any kind of harassment is prevented at the workplace. Any kind of harassment is unacceptable.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\/\">p-consulting.gr<\/a> commits to protecting the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>gender<\/li>\n<li>race<\/li>\n<li>ethnicity<\/li>\n<li>nationality<\/li>\n<li>age<\/li>\n<li>religious beliefs<\/li>\n<li>sexual orientation<\/li>\n<li>identity or expression of gender,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>as well as any other characteristic of its employees, physical or otherwise, legally registered, or not.<\/p>\n<p>Behaviors of such nature and mindset, that undermine the current Policy, constitute a serious disciplinary offense. Explicitly, it is stated that any kind of discrimination, violence, and harassment that is expressed at the workplace, whether it is related with it, or comes as a result from it, is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the current Policy, is the prevention and eradication of any kind of discrimination, based on personal characteristics and choices, as well as any form of violence and harassment that might take place during working hours, whether it is related to work, or results from it.<\/p>\n<p>Indicative, but not restricted to, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\/\">p-consulting.gr<\/a> states that the following are strictly prohibited:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>implications<\/li>\n<li>Bullying someone.<\/li>\n<li>insulting jokes and comments.<br \/>\nJokes that are obscene, sexual, or racist, are prohibited.<\/li>\n<li>Insults of disabilities.<br \/>\nAny kind of insult regarding disabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Use of insulting language.<\/li>\n<li>Comments on outward appearance.<br \/>\nComments on someone\u2019s appearance, whether they are related to physical characteristics, or clothing.<\/li>\n<li>Comments on someone\u2019s character.<br \/>\nComments that can cause feelings of shame or embarrassment or expose the person.<\/li>\n<li>Stalking, physical or online, as well as unwanted verbal or physical attention.<\/li>\n<li>Texts of inappropriate content.<br \/>\nTexts and messages with inappropriate content via SMS, email, or social media.<\/li>\n<li>Insulting and persisting questions and comments.<br \/>\nQuestions regarding the age, marital status, personal life, possible psychological or psychiatric issues, sexual interests, or similar questions on race, nationality, including cultural identity and religion.<\/li>\n<li>Sexual gestures.<\/li>\n<li>Persistent proposals for rendezvous.<\/li>\n<li>Threats<br \/>\nVerbal or physical threats.<\/li>\n<li>Implications of career advancement.<br \/>\nImplications that someone\u2019s sexual favor, could assist them with their career, or that the denial of a sexual relationship could negatively impact one\u2019s professional progression.<\/li>\n<li>Rude gestures.<\/li>\n<li>Touching and any kind of unwanted physical contact.<\/li>\n<li>Hearsay or malicious comments.<br \/>\nGossip and hearsay or comments of one\u2019s age, gender, kind of marriage, cohabitation agreement, pregnancy and motherhood, any kind of disability, sexual interests, religion, or beliefs.<\/li>\n<li>Foul language, public or private.<\/li>\n<li>Devaluation and ridicule of somebody.<br \/>\nRidicule of one\u2019s competencies on any level or field.<\/li>\n<li>Outrage<\/li>\n<li>Persistent or inexcusable criticism.<\/li>\n<li>Exclusion<br \/>\nExclusion from social gatherings, work meetings, conversations and team decisions and planning.<\/li>\n<li>Cyber \u2013 Bullying.<br \/>\nInsulting messages, calls and mails.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\/\">p-consulting.gr<\/a> commits to researching and handling all relevant impeachments, showing zero tolerance on the mentioned discriminations and behaviors. The company also commits to not hinder the research and management of any impeachment that might come up. Last but not least, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\/\">p-consulting.gr<\/a> will provide assistance and access to any public authority, and administrative or judicial principle, during
