Sure, it is very important someone to know in depth his working subject, and relatively easy to manage, since the accessibility to information and knowledge is easier than it was in the past. Easy now, they can be found available, many training programs and<a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\/e-learning-entrepreneurship\/\"> e-learning courses<\/a>, which offer knowledge, removing obstacles such as\u00a0the lack of time and distance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Educational programs definitely offer necessary knowledge, but a\u00a0question arises:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How an employee\u00a0can gain the required experience for a successful professional career?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">An\u00a0experienced professional will <strong>share<\/strong> this necessary <strong>knowledge<\/strong> with him: The <strong>Mentor<\/strong>.\u00a0The role of the mentor in business life and entrepreneurship, over the last years, is gaining more and more ground, sometimes though, there is a confusion about what <strong>mentoring<\/strong> is and by extension what the role of mentor is.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mentoring is the\u00a0<strong>cooperative<\/strong> relationship between two people,\u00a0<strong>mentor<\/strong> and <strong>mentee<\/strong>, which allows the exchange of <strong>experiences<\/strong>, <strong>views<\/strong>, <strong>information<\/strong> and <strong>practical advices<\/strong> on employment area or the specific business activities of the stakeholder.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The answer is definitely <strong>yes<\/strong>. The help of the mentor, can give new <strong>networking<\/strong> opportunities and turn in new <strong>directions<\/strong> and <strong>prospects<\/strong>, to encourage and make the mentee\u00a0more <strong>flexible<\/strong> and <strong>efficient<\/strong>.\u00a0But how easy is someone to\u00a0find out, <strong>the mentor that fits him the best<\/strong>?\u00a0Finding the appropriate mentor is not that easy, especially in the Greek working reality that the role of the mentor is often confused with the role of the trainer or someone who tells you what to do.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Which are the elements that should distinguish a mentor?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Relevance.<\/strong>\u00a0Mentor must have a professional relevance with the working\u00a0industry the employee or the (potential) entrepreneur\u00a0operates.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience.<\/strong> The experience and spirit\u00a0for dissemination are some of the factors that make the difference. Mentor must have experience and a thorough knowledge of how the system and the real market work.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Commitment to action.<\/strong> Another element that is critical, is the prompt for action and mobilization. The role of mentor is to provide both theoretical knowledge but also\u00a0to urge the mentee to act.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gradual improvement.<\/strong> Improvement is required for any educational program and of course for mentoring.\u00a0The role of mentoring, is the mentee gradually acquire his\u00a0own experience and knowledge, which requires a corresponding commitment and perseverance on his part.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reliance.<\/strong> Trust is very important in professional life, since if there is no confidence on both sides (mentor and mentee) the process can not move forward.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mentoring is not mentioned by accident\u00a0as extremely important for business life and entrepreneurship, since, if it is done properly, the resulting benefits are major in both directions and the overall economy.
