{"id":27313,"date":"2020-11-20T16:52:04","date_gmt":"2020-11-20T14:52:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/?p=27313"},"modified":"2023-05-29T15:09:56","modified_gmt":"2023-05-29T12:09:56","slug":"think-twice-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\/think-twice-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Think Twice! project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A new innovative Erasmus+ Project (KA2) started in<strong> September 2020<\/strong>, in which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">p-consulting.gr<\/a> participates as project partner.<\/p>\n<p>Project is called <strong>\u201cThink Twice! &#8211;<\/strong> <strong>Ecological sustainability in project management\u201d<\/strong>, and is aiming in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>strengthening ecological sustainability in the context of the implementation of European projects<\/li>\n<li>raising public awareness of the possibility of implementing green project management procedures<\/li>\n<li>providing good practices regarding ecological sustainability in project management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Who is it addressed to?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Think Twice! <\/strong>is addressed to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>experienced project managers, in EU-funded projects<\/li>\n<li>new or less experienced project managers, who wish to be involved in the implementation of EU- funded projects<\/li>\n<li>organization and companies running EU- funded projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">What is going to be produced?<\/h2>\n<p>During project\u2019s lifetime, the following intellectual outputs will be produced:<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">1. Curated Treasury of good practices in ecologically sustainable project management<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 25px;\">The Treasury which will be produced, will be addressed to project managers in European projects and will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a collection of good practices from the participating partner countries \u2013 for all single points and activities where a project could be \u201cgreener\u201d<\/li>\n<li>for all these activities in a project a display of the pros and cons of the more or less green alternatives<\/li>\n<li>a checklist for project management teams, where they can check within the development and implementation of their project if they thought about the different alternatives at any point<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 25px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">p-consulting.gr<\/a> will work for the development of the output along with the other project partners<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">2. Stress Test of current practice leading to a personalised Learning Pathway<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 25px;\">An interactive Stress Test &#8220;How green is the management of my project?\u201d will be developed to test the ecological sustainability of own project management. The Stress Test will take a different strategy to approach the topic of ecological sustainability in project management, through game-based learning methodology. Stress Test will also be linked to a Learning Pathway, to which the project managers will be redirected for further information and learning materials on ecological sustainability in managing projects.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 25px;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">p-consulting.gr<\/a> will work for the development of the Stress Test and the training material, along with the other project partners<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Project Partners<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Partners to Think Twice! project are very experienced organizations in EU-funded projects:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wisamar.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Wisamar<\/a>, Germany<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.openeurope.es\/home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Open Europe<\/a>, Spain<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener sponsored noreferrer\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">P-consulting,<\/a> Greece<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurosc.eu\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Eurosuccess<\/a>, Cyprus<\/li>\n<li>Taste Roots Societ\u00e0 Cooperitiva, Italy<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ua.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">UNIVERSIDADE DE AVEIRO<\/a>, Portugal<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.edeucation.com\/projects\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">education<\/a>, United Kingdom<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eng.gzs.si\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener noreferrer\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia<\/a>, Slovenia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The knowhow of project partners\u2019 in implementing European projects is the key for the successful implementation of Think Twice! project and the production of high-quality intellectual outputs.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Next project activities<\/h2>\n<p>Think Twice! partners organized their 1<sup>st<\/sup> transnational meeting on 19<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; 20<sup>th<\/sup> November 2020, during which they discussed the first activities which will be developed in the upcoming months.
