The contribution of the Think Twice Project!<\/h4>\n<p>Ecological sustainability and the concept of the environment have gained law enforcement since 1987 in the European Union. More and more companies, enterprises and organizations have as their main concern ecological sustainability and have fully introduced the recycling part.<\/p>\n<p>The use of recycled and recyclable products at all stages of a company is well established.<\/p>\n<p>The training of environmental workers has begun to be strengthened, but it remains a part that needs to be enriched with know-how even more.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">What is Think Twice! project and how does it help?<\/h3>\n<p>The strengthening of this knowledge therefore results from the Project \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/thinktwice.management\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">Think Twice! \u2013 Ecological sustainability in project management<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-35802 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/02_ThinkTwice_pcons_Article2_03-2020_image2.jpg\" alt=\"\u039f\u03b9\u03ba\u03bf\u03bb\u03bf\u03b3\u03b9\u03ba\u03ae \u0392\u03b9\u03c9\u03c3\u03b9\u03bc\u03cc\u03c4\u03b7\u03c4\u03b1 1\" width=\"301\" height=\"301\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/02_ThinkTwice_pcons_Article2_03-2020_image2.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/02_ThinkTwice_pcons_Article2_03-2020_image2-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/02_ThinkTwice_pcons_Article2_03-2020_image2-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 301px) 100vw, 301px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This is an Erasmus+ project with partners from Germany, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Italy, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Slovenia.<\/p>\n<p>It is addressed to experienced and new project managers, who are engaged or wish to participate in European funded projects or in the field of project management, generally.<\/p>\n<p>The aim is to create a <strong>Curated Treasury<\/strong> containing good practices for ecologically sustainable project management, the pros and cons of these practices and will be a tool for project managers to monitor the good practices they have recorded themselves. A <strong>Stress Test of current practice <\/strong>will also be created to assess the sustainability of projects through game \u2013 based learning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-schema-attribute=\"\">p-consulting.gr<\/a> representing Greece contributes to the implementation of the project by supporting the ecological sustainability and green development of the projects in general.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>Stay tuned to learn more about the project\u2019s actions!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Green management within enterprises and ecological sustainability.
