The project which aims at reducing the gender bias in job market, targets both individuals as job seekers, and organizations and professionals involved in recruitment and career development.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At this meeting, project partners discussed on the development of project outputs and the relevant timetables. The outputs which will be produced are a guide for the identification and mitigation of gender biases practices in job market, an online lab for gender bias awareness and assessment and training packages for job seekers and employers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Guide for the identification and mitigation of gender biases practices in job market<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-37822 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/03_OBias_Art_p_image.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"333\" height=\"333\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/03_OBias_Art_p_image.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/03_OBias_Art_p_image-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/03_OBias_Art_p_image-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 333px) 100vw, 333px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>All partners have been working on the development of the guide for the identification and mitigation of gender biases practices in job market. At this stage, a desk research has been completed in Portugal, Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Germany and Poland. The aim of the research was to describe the overall situation in each country regarding the gender bias in the labor market, inequalities in labor market integration, education and different occupational sectors. Moreover, the research included good practices and successful approaches regarding the mitigation of gender bias, as well as supporting organizations for gender equality.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The next step at the development of the guide for the identification and mitigation of gender biases practices in job market is the conduction of interviews\/questionnaires with employers, experts in the field of gender equality, job seekers and other relevant stakeholders.
