European survey of jobseekers and HR managers.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

P-consulting.gr<\/a> is conducting an online survey on gender bias in the labour market, in the framework of the Erasmus+ European Project “O’Bias Your Future<\/a>“.<\/p>\n

What “O’Bias Your Future” is about.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The O’Bias Your Future project aims to combat gender bias in the labour market. More specifically, through a set of actions and tools that it will produce, it seeks to help reduce practices that create barriers to equal access to jobs for both women and men.<\/p>\n

The project is implemented by specialised institutions and companies, universities, colleges and educational organisations from Portugal, Spain, Poland, Cyprus, Cyprus, Greece and Germany.<\/p>\n

Our survey<\/strong><\/h3>\n

For the implementation of the project, a pan-European survey has been launched to gather information on the phenomenon of gender discrimination in the labour market<\/p>\n

The survey is open to:<\/p>\n

– Jobseekers<\/p>\n

– People looking for jobseekers who are seeking employment.<\/p>\n

The resulting findings will be used to create a digital self-assessment tool on gender bias issues.<\/p>\n

The survey is open, public, and anonymous and <\/strong>those who are interested can participate by completing the online questionnaire:<\/p>\n
