The Covid-19 pandemic has brought many changes to our daily lives, perhaps most importantly, working remotely. Telecommuting has in turn created new needs, which require them to be met. One of these is the way of leadership.<\/p>\n

To meet this need, E(U) Leaders was created.<\/p>\n

A few words about the project<\/strong><\/h3>\n

E(U)Leaders, is a KA2 Erasmus+ project that aims to enhance the competitiveness and productivity of businesses and organisations through the development of e-leadership skills necessary for entrepreneurs\/employers to manage their teams effectively and efficiently within virtual working environments.<\/p>\n

Kick-off Meeting <\/strong><\/h3>\n

On Thursday, 10.03.2022, p-consulting.gr<\/a>, together with the other project partners, held their first meeting, where they set the basis and timeline for the implementation of the project.<\/p>\n
