Transnational meetings in this recession period of COVID-19 dominance, are really vital and refreshing for the Erasmus+ KA2 projects and their consortiums. p-consulting.gr<\/a> and our partners<\/a> are finally given the opportunity to meet physically and discuss workflows, tasks, deadlines, obstacles and how to overcome them, and also renew our professional and social bonds. This time, from 28th until 29th of April 2022, the \u201eBeing a Female Entrepreneur<\/a>\u201c Project partners met in Suceava, Romania and our host was Institutul Bucovina<\/a> with, fortunately only one partner, attending online.<\/p>

During the first day of our meeting, the schedule arranged by the hosting partner was busy, productive, and fruitful in all aspects.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We managed to finalize the Self-Assessment Tool<\/strong> for diagnosis of entrepreneurial skills and competences in the CCIs Sector<\/strong>, in all partners languages and is available online here<\/a>.<\/p>

The hosting organization invited and introduced partners an Executive of the Regional Authorities<\/strong> to whom we had the opportunity to present the project and its results so far, as well as the ones to be produced, such as an assessment of soft skills<\/strong> in the targeted sector. This result has been thoroughly discussed and will be finalized during the next months.<\/p>

Moreover, we were invited to a regional TV Channel, on an online broadcasting, the Nest TV Channel, where all partners\u2019 organizations were presented the chance to discuss aspects of female entrepreneurship in CCIS and discuss characteristics of the project\u2019s target groups. Our second and final day had one more exceptional guest, the Representative of the Female Entrepreneurs Association of the Suceava Region<\/strong>, with whom we all exchanged valuable feedback and resources. After the representative\u2019s departure, we summarised and concluded by setting accommodating dates for next Transnational Meeting<\/u> for September 2022, at Zadar Croatia<\/u>, new and further enhancing dissemination activities<\/u>, and finally discussed an initial plan for the online course<\/strong> we will implement for young and aspiring women entrepreneurs, in the upcoming short period.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
