It offers self-assessment in seven (7) competences\u2019 areas:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>\u201cAdaptability\u201d, <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cCommunication\u201d,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cResilience\u201d, <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cLeadership\u201d, <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cEmotional Intelligence\u201d, <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cCreative Thinking\u201d <\/strong>and<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cIntercultural Awareness\u201d<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each choice of statements of the self-assessment lead to <strong>different assessment levels results <\/strong>of the different competence areas, and the <strong>description<\/strong> of the final individual result, is <strong>available<\/strong> in downloadable and printable document.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Those of you, that already run or willing to initiate your businesses in the CCIsS, you are welcome to visit this ICT Tool, to participate in its evaluation actively and effectively. The procedure to realize your evaluation is the following:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>You will find the link to the ICT Self-Assessment Tool <a href=\"https:\/\/assesfemalentrepreneur.eu\/el\/social-skills\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>. The time for filling in the ICT Tool\u2019s questionnaire is approx. 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>You will find the evaluation questionnaire for your evaluation <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSddLJqwaFvHn8FHba39-i3jr-D1wEhNMGqf6chhGQD7_ofqOQ\/viewform?usp=sf_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>. The time for filling in the evaluation questionnaire is estimated to be less than 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Objective of ICT Self -Assessment Tool <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The ICT self-assessment tool has been developed within the implementation context of the European project Erasmus+ KA2, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.femalentrepreneur.eu\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Female Entrepreneur: Reimagine your Professional self through Culture<\/a>, in English, Greek, French, Italian, Spanish, Croatian and Romanian. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p-consulting.gr<\/a> and the rest of the project\u2019s partners (you can see them <a href=\"https:\/\/www.femalentrepreneur.eu\/en\/partners\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>), situated in Greece, Spain, Belgium, Croatia, Romania and Cyprus, \u00a0have developed this <strong><u>ICT Self -Assessment Tool for Social Skills and Competences<\/u><\/strong> \u00a0for women that run their businesses or aspire to do so, in the <strong>Cultural and Creative Industries Sector<\/strong> <strong>(CCIs<\/strong>).
