Online Self-Assessment for Later Life preparation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

p-consulting.gr<\/a> within the framework of the European Erasmus+ KA2 project SenQuality Preparation for Later Life<\/a> (project no. 2020-1-DE02-KA204-007435), participates in the pilot testing phase of a digital self-assessment tool for the personal planning<\/strong> of each individual for later life<\/strong>, which is being carried out in Greece, Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Cyprus and Spain.<\/p>\n

The partners<\/a> of the SenQuality project, aiming at preparing for later life and active ageing, have developed this digital tool that helps personal planning in relation to the following 9 (nine) domains<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  1. Finances.<\/li>\n
  2. Emergencies and exceptional Circumstances.<\/li>\n
  3. Mental and Physical fitness.<\/li>\n
  4. Housing.<\/li>\n
  5. Looks and Appearance.<\/li>\n
  6. Social Relationships.<\/li>\n
  7. Health.<\/li>\n
  8. Leisure Activities and Lifestyle.<\/li>\n
  9. Work and Employment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    For this reason, we would like you to devote some of your time, and carry out the self-assessment in any 2 (two) domains<\/strong> you wish, from the 9 (nine) described and developed<\/strong> (or if you prefer, in all domains).<\/p>\n

    You can access the online tool<\/strong> here<\/a> and register<\/strong> with your email account and a password of your choice. Then, we would like you to enter the online questionnaire<\/strong> here<\/a> to list your experiences\/opinions.<\/p>\n

    Your views on the self-assessment tool will considerably help us to finalise and complete this innovative approach to active ageing and the preparation for later life.<\/p>\n
