The project focuses on enhancing the competitiveness and productivity of businesses through the development of strategic e-leadership skills.<\/p><p>During the implementation of the project develop a range of digital tools is being developed for the assessment, development, and certification of e-leadership skills, in order to meet the needs of the labor market and supporting the digital transformation of businesses.<\/p><h3>The meeting in Cyprus.<\/h3><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p-consulting\u2019s<\/a> team along with the project partners met in Cyprus from 08.05.2023 to 12.05.2023. The team was there for the Short-term joint staff training event and for their transnational project meeting. The meetings were hosted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurosc.eu\/en\/about-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eurosuccess Consulting<\/a>.<\/p><p>The meetings were attended by representatives from:<\/p><ul><li>p-consulting.gr from Greece.<\/li><li>Eurosuccess consulting from Cyprus.<\/li><li>TUV from Cyprus.<\/li><li>University of Aveiro from Portugal.<\/li><li>Nefinia from the Netherlands.<\/li><li>CCIS from Slovenia.<\/li><li>WISAMAR (online) from Germany.<\/li><\/ul><p>Learn more about the project team <a href=\"https:\/\/euleaders.eu\/partners\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>!<\/p><h3>The Short-term joint staff training event.<\/h3><p>The Short-term joint staff training event was held on 08.05.2023 \u2013 10.05.2023. Partners discussed, in detail, their next steps for the development and creation of the upcoming project results, set the deadline for the smooth implementation of the project.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-consulting.gr\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">p-consulting.gr\u2019s<\/a> team presented the draft of the 4<sup>th<\/sup> project result, the e-learning platform for
