Last week on Friday 27th<\/sup> June, p-consulting.gr<\/strong>, the Greek partner in the Erasmus+ GUIDE<\/strong> project, proudly presented the project during the \u201cInclusion of unemployed women into the labour market: The relevance of lifelong learning approaches\u201d webinar organised by the Gender Equality Task Force (GE\u202fTF)<\/strong> on June\u202f27.<\/p>

Hosted by GE TF, the session featured p-consulting.gr introducing GUIDE\u2019s objectives, tools, and deliverables\u2014including its interactive tools for stereotype identification and decision\u2011making styles, the comprehensive training modules, and the Career Guidance Toolkit. Following our invitation, several partner organisations also joined the webinar live, and our new intern\u2014hosted through our collaboration with ACHADE<\/a> within EDIFY\u202fEDU project\u2019s implementation\u2014attended to gain insight into career guidance practices and the GUIDE tools.<\/p>

With the webinar raising GUIDE\u2019s visibility among practitioners, we have launched a European pilot testing phase<\/strong> (mainly in partners\u2019 countries: Denmark, Germany, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus) of our self-paced e-learning course<\/strong> on Gender-Sensitive Career Guidance<\/strong>. This free online course (available at https:\/\/guideproject.eu\/courses\/gender-sensitive-career-guidance\/<\/a>) offers five modules:<\/p>

  1. Introduction to Gender Sensitivity in Career Guidance<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Gender Equality in the European Labour Market<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Detecting gender stereotypes in career decisions<\/strong><\/li>
  4. Co-creation and gender awareness<\/strong><\/li>
  5. Effective implementation of Gender-sensitive career guidance and creating inclusive career pathways<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    We invite career counsellors, educators, and trainers, as well as trainees in vocational guidance and career counselling or reintegration into the labour market<\/strong> in Greece and Europe, to join the pilot testing<\/strong>!
