Survey on Adult Education for the COOPSKILLS Project

The COOPSKILLS project, in its effort to strengthen lifelong learning and help local communities adapt to the challenges of the green and digital transition, has created a questionnaire to conduct research in the field of Vocational Education and Training.

The COOPSKILLS survey is addressed to VET providers and organisations involved in adult education from various European countries. Its purpose is to collect information on the needs and practices of mobilization and awareness-raising for adult reskilling and upskilling, particularly for those in transition, unemployed individuals, or people with limited skills. The survey will record the barriers they face, the tools and channels used (e.g. social media, information seminars, local actions), and what has proven effective in different contexts.

The questions cover the role of each organisation in adult training, the mobilization methods they have used, the challenges encountered (e.g. lack of resources, low participation, time constraints), which practices have worked, and in which local or geographical settings. In addition, respondents are asked to share their views on which skills—especially digital and green—should be prioritised, as well as which communication methods or awareness campaigns are considered most effective.

Your participation is not only useful; it is essential for the project to achieve its purpose. Through your answers, we will map real market needs, highlight the most effective mobilization practices, and design a roadmap to support organisations, businesses, and communities. The outcome will not simply be a study but a practical tool that will help Europe as a whole move forward with confidence in the green and digital transition.

By dedicating just a few minutes to share your experience and ideas, you contribute to a future where learning is continuous and accessible, opportunities never stop, and people have the power to grow along with the society around them. Together, we can build a network of knowledge and collaboration that will leave a real impact on the lives of workers, educators, and communities.

We invite you to be part of this collective effort. Complete the questionnaire and help us upskill today to thrive tomorrow.
