Charitini-Maria Skoulidi is an economist, and a holder of 2 University Bachelor’s Degrees, in “Business Management” and “Economics” respectively, with a long experience in project management, acquired through her, more than 16-year long avocation, with a large number of national and international cooperative projects, either as a coordinator or a partner. She has actively participated in the sector of accessible tourism, and in particular in Tourist Business Management, on which she holds a Master’s Degree. She has numerous connections and cooperations with local organizations and businesses, such as Regions, Commercial Chambers, Economic Chambers, as well as Local, National, Tourist, Economic, and Environmental Organizations. She has experience in adult education, counting more than 3.300 hours of experience on mixed and on-line education, mainly regarding SMEs and unemployed people. Having experience on the Management of a large number of projects, she is now a trained evaluator, a developer of on-line educational material, mainly for SMEs, including the management of innovations and rural development, a researcher, and a curriculum designer. Charitini-Maria has a long experience in Management and Consulting, especially with under-development and already existing SMEs, as well as a 15-year long experience in organizations working with disabled people, as a Director in projects co-funded by the European Union and the Greek state, and as a Director of a Center working for the social and vocational integration of disabled people.
Panagiotis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in “Mathematics” from the University of Patras, Greece, and has expertise in developing Information Systems, especially in WEB2.0 applications. He has more than 16 years of experience in innovative entrepreneurship and in Consulting of Information Systems, thus acquiring knowledge on digital Sales, advertisement, and other applications of the modern Business environment, utilizing methods offered by new technologies and computer science. He has expertise in information systems via the online development of applications and Social Media Management. A developer of educational content that relates technology, with entrepreneurship and education. At the same time, he participates in various conferences on the educational needs that are bound to appear in Europe, with the new age of the Mechatronic Revolution, closely co-operating with the Basque Government. He speaks English and Italian fluently, and has good knowledge of Spanish and German. He is the Greek National Representative in EfVET since 2013, a European forum for vocational education and training, counting more than 4.000 members around Europe. Panagiotis holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management (from the Hellenic Open University). With great experience in managing national and transnational projects from South East Europe to Erasmus+ and ESPA, he is as effective as he needs to be. His business and communicational background in managing and guiding neophyte and existing SMEs and unemployed people, ensures the success of their first steps in the business arena. Economical management of co-funded European projects in various sectors, such as the extroversion of SMEs, youth entrepreneurship, and rural development. He is a consultant on a social enterprise, as well as in many training projects.
Alfredo Garmendia holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Anglo-Germanic Studies. With over 15 years of experience, he has successfully combined his roles as a teacher and tutor for young students from disadvantaged backgrounds with his work as a project manager for EU initiatives, merging two of his greatest passions. For the past 8 years, he has been working full-time as an International Projects Manager. Throughout his career, Alfredo has led diverse initiatives under the Erasmus+ program, covering youth, school education, vocational education and training (VET), adult education, and higher education, as well as other programs such as AMIF. His extensive experience in EU projects has been instrumental in establishing strong networks across Europe and Africa. As a project manager and coordinator, he has overseen notable projects, including SAAM (Supporting Alliance for African Mobility), a pilot VET mobility scheme for Africa. This initiative brought together 19 African partners and 17 European partners, collaborating over four years to develop capacity-building programs in fields such as engineering, agriculture, and hospitality. Alfredo has always paid special attention to individuals with fewer opportunities and is an expert in managing mobility projects for disadvantaged people, ensuring they have access to educational and professional growth opportunities.
Aggelikh Antzoulatou is a Civil Engineer TE, holding a Master’s Degree in Quality Assurance and Technology, from the Hellenic Open University. Her 10-year long experience in composing and inspecting Quality Assurance Systems, has made her competent in recording the specialties of a business, and identifying its possible issues, and after analyzing and evaluating the situation, to offer advice on improving and empowering the business. She is consistent, disciplined, and believes in the term “colleague”, as in deciding together, and her perception of customers, is based on that exact concept. Her goal is to provide top-notch services, high-quality solutions, always focusing on success. Her long experience in project management, public and private, leads her in developing realistic timetables, which constitute the basis for the time management and inspection, for both the physical and economical aspects of a project. Her focus is to combine in harmony the processes, the timetable, and the budget of the project, 3 points which she thinks are the basic management tools in order to successfully meet the goal.
Tasos Konstantakopoulos is a Web Developer, with a Bachelor’s Degree in “Computer Science”, and a Master’s Degree in “Software Engineering”. His expertise in Software Engineering armed him with the skills to analyze, design, implement and maintain any kind of software. He is experienced in Website Development and e-shops, as well as the development of digital educational platforms. In addition, he is equipped with work experience in the field of IT, managing servers, and technical support. Since 2014, he has participated in several national, as well as co-funded European projects in the field of Education and Health. He “speaks” many different languages (of programming), he enjoys getting on with new technologies, and he is certified in Cyber-Security and Linux Systems.
Vasilis Kyriakopoulos is an IT Engineer with expertise in networks and telecommunications. He holds a Master’s Degree in “Technologies of Intelligent Information Systems and Communications” from the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department of the University of the Peloponnese. He carries a long working experience in Administration of Networks, development of android applications, and web design, and he is characterized by his artistic concerns in the field of Graphic Design and Arts. He likes to broaden his horizons in different sectors of IT, and marry his Engineering knowledge with his artistic concerns. His is stubborn when it comes to work, and he is always in a constant pursuit of a solution to any possible problem, as the solution is always “out there”. Born and raised in Basketball courts, he acknowledges the power of the team, and believes that with the spirit of teamwork and co-operation, all goals can be achieved. Jenny Anastasopoulou is a graduate of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and speaks English and French fluently, with basic knowledge of Italian. She began her career as a researcher at ELIAMEP (Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy) before moving on to Professional Training Centers specializing in National and European Programs. Transitioning into the banking sector, she embarked on a 24-year journey, holding managerial positions for over 15 years and reaching the level of Director, managing clients, businesses, personnel, and commercial outcomes. Taking a turn in her professional life and armed with accumulated experience, professionalism, strong extroversion, and a willingness for new challenges, she joined team of p-consulting as a project manager, strengthening her professional vision. At the core of her philosophy lies a continuous quest for new challenges, combining a sense of professionalism with a desire for constant development and personal evolution.

She has worked as an administrative employee in various companies and has 18 years of experience in the banking sector. Her direct interaction with the public has helped her gain extensive experience in customer service and in handling situations that require immediate and effective solutions. Additionally, she has attended numerous seminars and workshops on management and customer relations. Above all, she understands that when we work as a team, all goals are achieved, and all problems are addressed! Chara Stassinopoulou is a post-secondary graduate in Translation and Interpretation of the English language, as well as a holder of a T.E.F.L. Certificate (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). She has a long experience in translating texts to and from English, from a wide and multi-dimensional field spectrum, which goes with her long experience in teaching adults and children alike. At the same time, she has acquired professional experience in administrative support of corporate executives and rendering of services. In 2019, she graduated from the “Cultural Heritage Management & New Technologies” Department of the University of Patras, with expertise in “Management of Cultural Resources”, and volunteered at a Non-Profit Organization as a Manager of planning, production & communication of educational events, for the development of skills in Entrepreneurship, focusing on youngsters and women. Chara Stassinopoulou envisions an inclusive, democratic, and culturally pioneering European Union, along with the implementation of the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), as the only way for the longevity and well-being of the planet. She wholeheartedly believes in “…the history written by companies (teams)…”, and she joined p-consulting.gr with excitement, as part of the team that develops, implements, and coordinates the European projects that the company undertakes.
Christina Kefala is a graduate of the Department of English Language and Literature at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. With many years of experience as an English teacher, she has helped dozens of students achieve language proficiency certifications. Her professional driving force is continuous development, which is why she has attended seminars on Special Education and teaching individuals with learning difficulties, staying up-to-date with new teaching methods. Her determination to achieve the best possible results makes her always willing to help wherever needed, while also contributing to the creation of a positive and relaxed atmosphere when circumstances require it. She believes in the power of encouragement and teamwork to achieve any goal. She joined the p-consulting.gr team full of enthusiasm, eager to utilize her existing knowledge and grow through new experiences and challenges.
Giorgos Eliopoulos is a graduate of the “Electrical and Computer Engineering” Department, of the University of Peloponnese. He is confident in his productivity competences; he is ready for the worst case scenario and wishes to constantly expand his scope of knowledge. Computer Science led him to Machine Learning (a sub-level of Computer Science), through which he developed a tool that predicts students’ progress, at the beginning of the school year. Since then, he focused on programming of digital educational platforms, as well as everything that takes place behind the digital scenes. He enjoys a good challenge, he is an optimist, but also a realist on the quality of the result. Thus, he always strives for the best. Oh, right. He is also a Saint.
Roubini Pandi, a Physics graduate (yes, she studied the universe!) from the University of Patras, decided to explore other worlds as well, such as Graphic Arts and Multimedia, earning a master’s degree that combines art and technology. With over 20 years of experience in creative communication, she designs print materials, packaging, and publications with the precision of a physicist!
With her recent addition to the p-consulting team, she is getting ready to conquer the digital world, opening up new horizons beyond paper. And who knows? Even beyond the galaxy!
