The GUIDE – Guide Your Future project continues to make its mark in the field of career guidance, paving the way for a future free of gender stereotypes. After three years of collaboration, partners and stakeholders across Europe now offer specific tools and solutions that can be used by counsellors, educators, and career professionals.
The 5th newsletter presents the latest developments of the project. The pilot phase of the online course “Career Guidance with Gender Sensitivity” is being completed, gathering valuable feedback from professionals across Europe. This feedback is being used to finalize the course, ready for widespread dissemination. It is a modern and practical tool that will remain available to those who want to strengthen their skills in equal guidance.
At the same time, the project’s Toolkit is being translated into the languages of the partners, facilitating its use at the local level. Through it, professionals can draw on methodologies, examples, and good practices that help create a more equitable and inclusive mentoring system.
Next month, information events will be held in all partner countries (Multiplier Events) will be held in all partner countries. These events will present the toolkit and the online course, while giving participants the opportunity to discuss ways of applying the project resources in practice. The events are a meeting point for professionals, organizations, and educational institutions with a common goal: to promote gender equality in career guidance.
The GUIDE journey culminated in the final transnational meeting in Ljubljana, where partners presented the results and planned the final steps for the dissemination and sustainability of the tools developed. The atmosphere was full of enthusiasm and a sense of collective success.
We invite you to read the 5th newsletter, participate in upcoming events, and become part of the change for a future of career guidance without gender stereotypes.
