The Erasmus+ project GUIDE – Guide Your Future successfully concludes three years of collaboration and innovation, dedicated to creating a more inclusive and equitable approach to career guidance for all. Since 2022, the project partners have worked to provide educators, career counsellors, and training professionals with tools to recognise and overcome gender stereotypes through education, counselling, and professional development.
As the project comes to an end, GUIDE’s partnership proudly presents all its final deliverables, now freely accessible to ALL:
The Online Course “Gender-Sensitive Career Guidance” – fully completed and available in all partner languages. The course includes five modules featuring exercises, tools, and case studies that help professionals strengthen their ability to provide equal, bias-free guidance to learners.
The “Gender-Sensitive Career Guidance Toolkit (GSCG Toolkit)” – already available in English and soon in all partner languages. The Toolkit offers practical guidelines, interactive activities, scenarios, and examples that make it easier to integrate gender equality into career guidance services.
Throughout October 2025, Multiplier Events were held across Europe to present the project’s results. In Greece, the event took place in Patras on 21 October, bringing together participants from the fields of education and counselling. Similar events were organised in Denmark, Slovenia, Germany, Portugal, Cyprus, Spain and The Netherlands engaging professionals in exploring how the project’s tools can support inclusive guidance practices.
As it concludes, GUIDE leaves behind a legacy of knowledge, collaboration, and tools that promote gender equality in education and career development. The project partners warmly thank everyone who contributed to its success and invite professionals and organisations to continue using and sharing its open-access results.
