The AGORA project concluded its final journey in Italy

On the 15th and 16th of October 2025, the partners of the European project AGORA met for the last time, both in person and online, in the beautiful town of Cori, Italy. The meeting was hosted by Upwell [TasteRoots Cooperative Society], which introduced participants to the local culture and the initiatives that promote the preservation of traditions and sustainable development.

During the two days, the partners presented the progress and outcomes of their joint actions. They reviewed all the activities implemented over the past two years and discussed the final pending tasks before the project’s completion. Educational and informational materials were presented, along with experiences from the local workshops carried out in each partner country and the conclusions drawn from the participation of citizens and community stakeholders.

Special attention was given to the good practices developed by the partners, the exchange of experiences, and the collective creation of tools that strengthen community participation. The next steps for the dissemination of results and the organization of the final awareness-raising events in each country were also discussed, as well as the final online conference scheduled for November 21, 2025.

Beyond the meeting’s working sessions, the partners had the opportunity to meet a local cultural association and take part in a small workshop of traditional music and dance. This experience highlighted the connection between the AGORA project and the values of cultural identity and social cohesion.

The meeting concluded in a warm and positive atmosphere, filled with a sense of collaboration and shared achievement. The partners bid farewell to the project with satisfaction for the results and the fruitful cooperation they developed, renewing their commitment to continue applying AGORA’s tools and experiences within their communities.

As a project partner, p-consulting.gr actively participated in the meeting and continues to support the dissemination of results and the promotion of citizen participation in actions for sustainable and community-based development.
