We are excited to share highlights from the 3rd Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) held in Copenhagen, Denmark, 07-09.04.2025. Hosted by 3F, the United Federation of Danish Workers—Denmark’s largest labour union—the event brought together project collaborators for three days of productive discussions and impactful planning.
The meeting commenced with a presentation of the 3F organization by Anthony Sylvester, offering insights into the union’s operations. It then delved into critical topics, including updates on project progress, the development of curriculum and training materials for the Waiter role, and AI tool results analysing skills in demand for Waiter positions in Greece, Spain, and Cyprus.
One of the project’s remarkable goals is advancing qualification and certification systems, including the introduction of ISO 17024 standards for the Waiter occupation. During the meeting, the team discussed assessment methods for beneficiaries under ISO 17024, ensuring alignment with international standards.
Day two was equally dynamic, with sessions focusing on dissemination and communication activities. Participants evaluated key performance indicators achieved so far, celebrated milestones, and mapped out plans for 2025 to expand the project’s reach. Management matters were also tackled, ensuring the effective execution of upcoming initiatives.
On the third day, the team engaged in meetings with stakeholders to promote the MICROIDEA project and explore ways to amplify its impact. This collaboration reinforces the project’s mission to empower communities and enhance skills development across Europe.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to contribute to this transformative journey.
