First Project Meeting in Bologna: A New Beginning!

Last week, we had the privilege of participating in the Horizon project’s first in-person Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) in the captivating city of Bologna. The two-day event 27-28.03.2025 brought together partners and experts to reflect on progress and shape the path ahead.

Highlights from the Meeting:

  • Collaborative Discussions: Experts shared their perspectives, fostering valuable exchanges on how to connect the Analytical Framework with the AI-Feeding Process.
  • Preliminary Findings: The progress of “In depth analysis of skill matching strategies and approaches” along with the “Mapping of relevant stakeholders and skills eco-systems in the project partner countries” was reviewed, followed by planning for the next steps in identifying the existing and emerging good practices in the area of skills-based matching and selecting of practices and approaches for case study analysis and preparation.
  • Interdependencies: The group explored how WP1 “The development of an analytical model and evaluation framework identifying the effectiveness of ALMPs for skills matching in LM” and WP2 “In depth analysis of skill matching strategies and approaches” interrelate with other Work Packages, with valuable input from our Advisory Board.
  • Communication Strategies: The importance of effective dissemination and outreach was underlined to ensure the project’s impact is maximized.

This meeting marked a milestone, strengthening collaboration and providing fresh insights that will guide us as we move forward. Inspired by Bologna’s charm, the team left energized and eager to make a meaningful contribution to the project’s success.
