The third transnational project meeting (TPM3) of the “Sun in the Age – Mindfulness for Resilience” Erasmus+ initiative successfully concluded in Cori, Italy. Hosted at the Civic Library of Cori “Elio Filippo Accrocca,” by polygonal partner, the meeting, which took place from July 17th to 18th, brought together all partners to discuss and advance the project’s goals.

Day 1: Strategic Discussions and Cultural Experiences

Welcome and Introduction

The meeting began on July 17th with a registration and welcome session led by ŽISPB and Polygonal partners. This initial session set the tone for the productive discussions that followed.

Project Overview and Objectives

Following the welcome, the first agenda item was an overview of Deliverable’s 4 (WP4) objectives, meaning the Mindfulness Workshops for older adults, and the general impacts of the project. This session was crucial for aligning all partners on the project’s direction and ensuring that everyone was up to date with the latest developments.

Workshops and Assessments

During the following session, partners focused on the first activity for this deliverable, discussing how to design the workshop plan and the assessment questionnaires for the participants. This interactive session allowed for an exchange of ideas on how to effectively measure and report the impact of the workshops.

Afternoon Sessions

After a lunch break provided by Polygonal, the meeting resumed with further discussions. The afternoon sessions were dedicated to refining the workshop plans and ensuring that all logistical and content-related details were addressed.

Cultural Activity Evening

The day concluded with a delightful wine-tasting experience at Marco Carpineti Winery. This cultural activity provided an excellent opportunity for partners to unwind and bond in a relaxed setting, strengthening their collaboration.

Day 2: Administrative Focus and Project Management

Project Management and Administration

The second day commenced with discussions on Project Management tasks. Led by ŽISPB (Coordinator partner), this session included vital updates from all partners, ensuring that administrative tasks were on track.

Project Dissemination Discussions

Following the project management session, the focus shifted to the Blended Training Course and the dissemination of the partners’ activities. The discussion about the Blended training course “Enhancing Well-being and Resilience through REMIND Techniques”, currently available in English, revolved around ongoing tasks and upcoming availability in partners’ languages. Next, partners worked on dissemination activities they have already implemented and planning to implement.

Conclusion and Future Steps

The meeting wrapped up with a final discussion on the next steps and future plans for the project. Partners left with a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities moving forward.
