We are in the heart of summer, yet our team is working feverishly to give life to the hybrid mystery educational game they have undertaken to create as part of the hVET project. The project concerns the introduction of hybrid teaching in VET. In other words, the conduct of lessons in a class which is made up of students who receive live instruction and of students who receive distance instruction at the same time and the cooperation between them.
One of the project’s deliverables is the creation of an educational game that we called Hybrid Mystery and is aimed at VET students. The goal is to explore a hybrid mystery planet which will progress as the activities are completed. It is designed so that the teacher selects predetermined activities from a library that are linked to specific student competences to develop. These activities will be able to complete online as others will be done live and after their completion the students will upload the result in the form of a photo or a file. The teacher will also be able to create new activities for his students, upload and share them with other VET organizations, for groups of students from different schools and countries to play at the same time together.
Giving you a first glance of the game, we let you enjoy the August raston.
Stay tuned for upcoming developments.
