EN-AI-BLE: New Training Opportunities for People with Intellectual Disabilities

At a time when technology is evolving rapidly, the need for more inclusive and accessible education systems is becoming increasingly important. Our company participates as a partner in the European project EN-AI-BLE, which responds directly to this challenge by introducing an innovative approach to vocational education and training (VET).

EN-AI-BLE is an Erasmus+ project that aims to improve access to vocational education for people with intellectual disabilities. Through the collaboration of organisations across Europe, the project uses artificial intelligence and digital technologies to create a modern and flexible learning environment.

A new learning model

At the core of the project is the development of a comprehensive and inclusive learning ecosystem. EN-AI-BLE goes beyond theoretical knowledge and focuses on the development of practical skills in the field of electronics. Through interactive content, clear and accessible learning units, and activities that include elements of gamification, learners are able to progress at their own pace.

The use of artificial intelligence allows the learning experience to adapt to the needs of each user. The system tracks progress, provides feedback, and suggests personalised learning pathways, helping to strengthen learners’ autonomy and confidence.

Support for educators

The project does not focus only on learners. A key part of EN-AI-BLE is dedicated to educators and VET professionals. Through specialised tools and educational materials, the project supports them in designing and delivering more inclusive and effective training programmes.

At the same time, the development of best practice guides and training tools supports knowledge sharing and strengthens collaboration between education providers, the labour market, and the wider community.

Skills with real labour market value

One of the main strengths of the project is its strong connection with the labour market. Learners do not only gain knowledge but also develop practical skills that respond to real needs in the electronics sector. In addition, through a system of micro-credentials, these skills can be recognised and used in a professional context.

EN-AI-BLE creates new opportunities for employment and social inclusion, supporting the active participation of people with intellectual disabilities in the labour market.

Towards a more inclusive future in education

EN-AI-BLE is not just another European project. It is a meaningful effort to reduce inequalities in education and provide equal opportunities for all. By focusing on innovation, collaboration, and the human dimension of learning, the project sets the foundations for a more inclusive future in vocational education.
