Partners in the ENTRELED project came together in Vilnius, Lithuania on November 20-21, 2023 to officially launch their two-year project under the Erasmus+ program. The kick-off meeting was hosted by VAVM with sessions taking place at their sectorial training facilities and the LESTU office.
The consortium is comprised of organizations from Lithuania, Spain, Greece, and Italy. The project aims to develop educational games and online training focused on circular economy concepts for students with learning difficulties and special education needs.
Day One covered major project planning topics like establishing governance roles, revising timelines, and drafting evaluation frameworks and risk management plans. Partners also began outlining dissemination activities and explored branding options for outputs. The group dinner enabled further networking with authentic Lithuanian cuisine.
Sessions on Day Two dove into the details of the two key intellectual outputs—the educational games and online training program. Discussions focused on clarifying partner tasks tied to creation of materials and platform development milestones in the months ahead.
The meeting concluded with outstanding questions addressed and a shared lunch. In all, the kick-off TPM served to orient partners on objectives, coordinate work plan logistics, and solidify relationships for the intensive design and piloting phase launching ENTRELED.
