3rd Newsletter of the project “Being a Female Entrepreneur”
Being an entrepreneur and, especially a female entrepreneur, has become an important current social issue, rising from all social groups but is also supported firmly from local, regional, national, international, and European policy-making centres. The support and enhancing is such, that EU and its constitutions created and have already updated once, The Entrepreneurship Competence Framework also known as EntreComp. This Framework is aspired to become, within all European Countries’ Members, the reference tool about entrepreneurial competences one should have or acquire in order to enter and succeed in this sector.
ICT Self-assessment Tool of entrepreneurial competences
To be specific, the number of women entrepreneurs working in the Cultural & Creative Industries sector augments constantly, and the role they play becomes altogether important. The “Being a Female Entrepreneur” project’s partners are developing, as we speak, an ICT Self–assessment Tool of entrepreneurial competences which are required in the sector, based on the European methodological tool. This digital self-assessment tool will be freely accessible for all those individuals that will decide to enter or are already involved in the cultural and creative entrepreneurial arena, and will give them the chance to evaluate, at their own time and choice, the level of their competences.
p-consulting.gr, being one of the project’s partners, presented the Framework of the ICT Self-assessment Tool, during the 2nd Transnational project Meeting which was held on 09/09-10/09/2021 in Patras. The next Transnational Project Meeting of the partners will be held in April 2022, at Suceava, in Romania.
