P-consulting.gr is conducting an online survey on gender bias in the labour market, in the framework of the Erasmus+ European Project “O’Bias Your Future“.
What “O’Bias Your Future” is about.
The O’Bias Your Future project aims to combat gender bias in the labour market. More specifically, through a set of actions and tools that it will produce, it seeks to help reduce practices that create barriers to equal access to jobs for both women and men.
The project is implemented by specialised institutions and companies, universities, colleges and educational organisations from Portugal, Spain, Poland, Cyprus, Cyprus, Greece and Germany.
Our survey
For the implementation of the project, a pan-European survey has been launched to gather information on the phenomenon of gender discrimination in the labour market
The survey is open to:
– Jobseekers
– People looking for jobseekers who are seeking employment.
The resulting findings will be used to create a digital self-assessment tool on gender bias issues.
The survey is open, public, and anonymous and those who are interested can participate by completing the online questionnaire:
- Questionnaire for jobseekers.
- Questionnaire for HR managers/expert recruiters.
The maximum time for completing the questionnaire is 10 minutes.
Fighting gender bias is everyone’s responsibility!
