Meeting for D-Care

The partners’ online meeting for D-Care project was conducted on 5 October 2020. The European Erasmus+ project aims to train the caregivers of people with dementia (professionals & non-professionals), so as to enhance their knowledge and skills. Project partners are from Italy, Spain, Belgium, Denmark, United Kingdom and Greece.

The aim of the meeting was the discussion among the partners about the next steps of the project. Specifically, until the end of October, partners will create a platform which will host a course for the training of partners about the Cognitive Stimulation Therapy. The organization AgeUK is responsible for the educational material and p-consulting.gr has undertaken the creation and the implementation of the platform. In this course all the partners will be trained, at least one representative from each organization.

Next meeting for D-Care

The next transnational meeting is planned for January 2021 in Bristol, United Kingdom, but it is possible to be implemented online, due to the COVID-19 situation. Except the planned meeting, partners often conduct online meetings, to ensure the successful implementation of the project.
