p-consulting.gr is pleased to present the co-creation model, developed in the framework of the Erasmus+ KA2 project GUIDE. This innovative model aims to support Career Guidance Counselors and counselees in making professional decisions, through a flexible and collaborative framework that promotes reflective thinking and meaningful decision-making.
It is based on eight (8) sections, such as goal setting, identifying opportunities and developing action plans, and has a “parking space” for recording issues for future exploration. The model emphasizes the needs of each individual.
One of its main characteristics is gender sensitivity. Through dialogue cards, Career Guidance Counselors and counselees explore the influence of social norms on career choices, discussing issues such as barriers, prejudices and gender stereotypes. In this way, the model empowers counselees to choose based on interests and capabilities rather than social expectations.
The model is in its final stage of piloting, having received a very positive response. From the end of November 2024 to the end of February 2025, it is being presented through Open Events, where participants have the opportunity to learn about it and discuss its applications.
