We are excited to announce that the i-school project has been officially recognised as an example of good practice example by the European Union. This prestigious acknowledgment highlights the exceptional quality of the project’s implementation and its significant contribution to the educational sector. This recognition is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and collaboration of all the project partners.
The i-school project is an innovative initiative aimed at developing the skills and competencies of Primary and Secondary Education teachers to integrate cultural heritage into the educational process. Through the creation of a tailored educational program designed for both educators and students aged 10–15, the project promotes the use of digital interactive tools and non-formal education methods.
As part of the project, the following deliverables were developed:
- An Online Course for primary and secondary school teachers
- Cultural Heritage Toolkit
- An e-learning platform
- Digital Educational Game called “H-Guardians”
These outputs enhance knowledge of shared European cultural heritage and foster partnerships between schools and cultural organizations.
This recognition inspires us to continue implementing impactful projects that make a difference in education across Europe and beyond.
