CARE-ABILITY

Empowering Migrant Women through Micro-Credentials in SocioHealth Services

CARE-ABILITY is an Erasmus+ project focused on strengthening the employability and social inclusion of migrant women by supporting their entry into the socio-healthcare and care sectors. The project responds to two pressing European needs: the growing demand for qualified caregivers and the persistent barriers faced by migrant women in accessing education, certification, and stable employment.

By combining vocational training, micro-credentials, and AI-supported learning tools, CARE-ABILITY creates fair and accessible pathways into care-related professions. The project values prior experience, builds confidence, and supports sustainable integration into the labour market.
