EU-ALMPO
EU-ALMPO -EU Active Labor Market Policies Observatory.
EU-ALMPO is a Horizon project funded by the European Union, lasting 36 months, implemented by 8 organisations from Greece, Italy, Germany, Spain and Polland. The project introduces the establishment of an Observatory, which aims at changing the approach to ALMPs within the European Union.
The EU ALMP Observatory (EU-ALMPO) is a newly established initiative aimed at enhancing the design, execution, and assessment of Active Labor Market Policies (ALMPs) across EU member states. It seeks to address current gaps in labour market strategies by offering a unified framework for policymakers. Leveraging advanced AI technologies and a centralized IT platform, the observatory will support researchers and labour market professionals in developing more effective, inclusive, and forward-thinking ALMPs. By combining technological innovation with expert analysis, it aims to strengthen labour market integration, enhance skill development—particularly for vulnerable groups—and anticipate future workforce demands.
