“EMPOWERING FEMALE ENTREPRENEURSHIP THROUGH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI)”
EMPOWERAI is a project funded by the Erasmus+ program, lasting 25 months, implemented by 5 organizations from Ireland, Finland, Greece, Spain, and Italy.
It focuses on strengthening digital skills and on the use of AI tools by female entrepreneurs, empowering their business activities in the new digital era.
Artificial intelligence is rapidly evolving, and the opportunities it offers in the entrepreneurship sector are significant. Both the development of existing businesses and the establishment of new ones require the recognition that skill in understanding and using ΑΙ tools is a vital digital skill.
EMPOWERAI aims to create interactive, easily navigable, and engaging online resources that will assist VET teachers in incorporating AI tools into the curriculum and help female entrepreneurs develop their digital skills, entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, innovation, and lifelong learning skills, through the use of AI tools.
Briefly, the objectives are defined as follows:
- Enhance understanding of the benefits of artificial intelligence among female entrepreneurs and VET teachers.
- Increase digital readiness and implementation of AI tools among female entrepreneurs and VET teachers.
- Provide knowledge and skills for the effective application of AI tools for business purposes.
- Provide easy access to AI tools related to entrepreneurship.
- Opportunity to communicate with experienced mentors, as well as access to other relevant business connections.
- Promote an entrepreneurial mindset embracing technology and its transformative power.
- Promote digital skills, creativity, innovation, and lifelong learning.
- Promote gender equality, diversity, and inclusion in the field of entrepreneurship.
